01. Leaving the airport, follow VR1 highway, direction Ribeira Brava; 

02. Leave VR1, taking the Exit 1 to Ribeira Brava / Ponta do Sol;

03. Straight ahead until reaching Ribeira Brava's roundabout. At this point, take the 1st Exit to P.ta. do Sol VE3;

04. After 3 tunnels, you will reach Ponta do Sol's roundabout. Take the 2nd Exit to stay on VE3 direction Calheta;

05. After 3 tunnels towards Calheta, you will reach Calheta's roundabout. Take the 1st Exit direction Arco da Calheta;

06. You will reach the roundabout of Arco da Calheta. Take the 2nd Exit to Ledo;

07. After approximately 850m, next to a sport center, you will find a crossroad, with a sign to Loreto. Take a sharp left onto Rua Dr. Rocha de Gouveia;

08. After 1 km, on your right side, there is a Calhau Grande sign, which will lead you to Caminho do Massapez (local road) and to our Car Parking; 

09.  If you miss this turn, drive back to this point. Avoid GPS navigation. It may indicate alternative difficult roads; 

10. Driving up the sloped road, at the left side, you will find our car parking. Park your car here. To be more practical for you, park in reverse;

11.  Walk up to Calhau Grande (50m) till you find our main gate; 

12. Welcome to Calhau Grande. You may ring the bell on the right side! One member of our family will be around to receive you and to show you the place!
